LaDee-Da Kids Spa Policies
The time and date you select is especially reserved. If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give at least 48 hours notice to avoid being charged the full fee.
A deposit is required for parties of 3 or more. If you should have to cancel this reservation, the following rules apply:
- Notification received 15 days or more prior to the event – Eligible for a full refund
- Notification received within 8-14 days of the event – Deposit may be applied to a future event within the span of a year
- Notification received within 7 days of the event – No refund
If the client is late for their scheduled appointment, the remaining time of their session will be honored. If the schedule permits then some accommodation may be possible.
Payment may be made in advance or upon completion of the service provided. Cash and/or credit cards are the only form of payment accepted.
LaDee-Da Kids Spa staff provides a safe and entertaining environment. However, LaDee-Da Kids Spa, it’s owners, and employees are not responsible for accidents, allergies to food, clothing, spa product, or property damage. Upon arrival for a party, you may be required to sign a waiver of liability form prior to your child participating in a special event.
